The university will use that input as well to determine the remaining academic and professional requirements for such employees.


    In conjunction with the transition to year two, the unemployment rates for recent graduates will increase, and we will need to look to integrate those individuals into the development of a vocations program.

    However, now there are more math societies in the country and there is less about the focus on male involvement, she said.


    "I think that gender and gender politics have a huge impact on culture," she said, "At MIT we have had a lot of research done about how to mitigate this."
