The projects demonstrated an understanding of effective leadership and organizational change through their choice of topic, research methodology, solution design and implementation recommendations. These capstone projects allowed students to apply classroom concepts to address a practical leadership issue, gain valuable experience consulting with an organization, and produce a tangible work product to add to their professional portfolio.
